These Crown of Thorns (Euphorb family?) grow in my front flower bed. They are the brightest shade of pink/red I have. I love this little plant since it is a gift from a dear friend who passed away from cancer a number of years ago. It always brings a smile to see that it's still blooming. Happy Macro Monday. I agree the color is vibrant red. Happy Monday!

They sure are bright! For some reason when I see the blooms I think of vibrant icing flowers on the top of a cake. How sweet that it's from a dear friend, cancer bites!
ReplyDeleteEuphorbias here have to be kept inside, but I do have a red, and I do love those flowers! I'd like an icing sugar pink one too, I think!
