CUTE IDEA: SARAH SHAH & THE RECLAIMED GARDEN

I just found a new and very inspiring gardener here in Houston.
She has a reclaimed garden made from recycled plants.
She wins my "MOST HEARTWARMING STORY" award.
I think every gardener wishes they had a next door neighbor like her.
Take a peak, her enthusiasm is contagious:

All for now. Happy Gardening!

  1. A wonderful story! When I lost my house and garden to foreclosure friends and strangers came from everywhere to give my roses and crinums and everything else a new home. My plants went all over Nashville, and I am proud to say we saved most, unless they were too big to move.

  2. How terrific is that! We have plant swaps here in San Antonio and lots of generous gardeners. Without them my garden wouldn't be nearly as nice.

  3. How great! I am part of a local garden club and have gotten lots of plants and seeds from other gardeners. It's so great to be part of a gardening community!
